Shipping and other Info
*** INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING PLEASE NOTE: Packages do NOT come with tracking. If a package gets lost in transit I CAN NOT replace it as it is not insured. If you want insurance please contact me for a price. This will ensure you get a replacement should your package get lost in the mail. PLEASE understand that these items I make are handmade with many hours going in to them which is why I am not able to replace packages that have gone missing and don't have insurance. REGULAR SHIPPING FOR INTERNATIONAL packages DO NOT come with a tracking number and once they leave my shop I have no way of tracking it, so inquiries with me can only give you information as to when it was shipped and not where it might be in the system. Typically I have no issues with packages arriving safely but I cannot guarantee delivery or arrival time due to potential hold-ups at the customs office, NOR CAN I REPLACE AN ORDER LOST IN THE POST so if you are concerned about delivery please PURCHASE TRACKING WITH INSURANCE. **
**Please note I currently have an APPROXIMATE 6-8 week turnaround time from the date of ordering so you can expect your package to ship out approximately 6-8 weeks from the time ordered.** I am unable to guarantee exact delivery so please if you are booking sessions, allow for a couple of extra weeks or wait until your order has arrived if you are using it for your session. I also cannot guarantee an exact timeline for shipping once a package leaves my shop as each country's post office handles items differently and holidays, postal interruptions and customs are not in my control. If it is important to you to have it by a specific date please contact me prior to ordering.
Packages are shipped to the address on your PAYPAL account. Please ensure your mailing address is up to date.
I ship to Canada, the USA and to most places Internationally. Please contact me for a custom quote on shipping multiple items. Canadians and Australians please contact me for a quote.
If you require a rush on it, please convo me to be sure I have space to fit in a rush order.
Customer service IS important to me. Should anything detrimental happy during transit or on arrival, please contact me and I will do my best to help resolve it.
Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the custom, handmade nature of these items I do not accept returns or exchanges. Please make sure you choose carefully and ask questions before you purchase. If you have a problem with a product please contact me via email and I will do my best to fix the situation. This MUST be done within 7 days of receiving the item(s).
